The Carnethy 5 is not far away – the 15^th Feb. It is the 50th running of this race and therefore there are several free goodies, T Shirts and also a Ceilidh in Edinburgh.

Olly Stephenson and Jamie Thin, the hosts, would like to get a great atmosphere and dance the lactic acid away. You don’t have to have done the race to come along, and if you did do the race it will be a good way to warm down.
