2022 Long Classics Series – Final placings
Final scores after Pentland Skyline race at the weekend, which was last race in the series, as per link below.
In the Men’s competition, Ali Mason of Carnethy overtook his teammate, long standing leader, Tim Morgan after the final race to pick up top spot. Impressive finish to the season for Ali winning 3 out of the final 4 long races. Andy Fallas finished in 3rd place just ahead of Eliot Sedman. Also both Carnethy.
In the Women’s competition, long-standing leader, Chloe Lumsdon of Ochils retained her position to finish in top spot ahead of Diana Challands of Moorfoot Runners. Veronique Oldham of Cosmics completed the podium positions for the Women.
There were 25 runners who completed 4 or more races in the series so a special well done to them.
