57 runners at Knockfarrel today. The weather was great; calm and dry. John Yells romped home with a big lead to take 1st. Ally Beaven was 2nd and Gavin Whiteside completed the top 3 men. Gav was also 1st V40. Helen Leigh actually came in 3rd runner overall to take 1st female overall and 1st V40. Cat Graves was 2nd female and didn’t show any sign of fatigue after her fantastic win in the OMM Elite last weekend. Katie Wilson was 3rd female. All 3 fastest women were in the top 10 finishers. 

Thank you to all the lovely marshals out on the course, at registration and making sure everyone was well fed and watered at the finish.
