- 1900hrs (September is 1830hrs due to darker nights)

- £2 per race payable on the day (cash only)

- 99 (waiting list available) (Event Licence is via Aberdeen City Council and capped at 99)

Parking:
- Craibstone Golf Course Car Park (please use overflow parking - like the January Elbrimick Race)
- Please be considerate to the Craibstone Golf Course Members and their carpark.
- Please note the Golf Course may be hosting tournaments in April and May and do expect possibly a higher use of the car park should the tournaments continue into the evening.
April to August:
- Registration and Payment: We are not using the Brimmond Cafe. We are using the changing rooms.
- Please note: 2024 the Krunce organiser are paying the Craibstone Golf Course a nominal fee for each month to use the facilities.
- Please remove muddy shoes before entering the facilities, please.
