Rules

Scoring: 1000 points will be awarded to the winner of each race. Other runners will receive fewer points calculated from (winner's time)/(their time)x1000. Runners must complete at least 4 races to achieve a final ranking.

Eligibility: Competitors must be over 18 on the day of the race
|
|
|
|
|
Awards
|
|
Trophies will be awarded to the first man and first woman. Prizes will also be awarded to the male and female runners finishing 2nd and 3rd, and to the first M40, M50, M60, F40 and F50 (and F60, if there is one!).
