| SHR championship ends in style at Meall a Bhuachaille |

It was a marvellous end to the SHR championship courtesy of the Meall a Bhuachaille race on Saturday. Andy Symonds took the stage win over the new route, ahead of Robbie Simpson, whilst third place for Tom Owens was enough to make him the Scottish champion. Catriona Buchanan had a great run to finish first woman, ahead of Clare Whitehead and Jacqui Higginbottom. Clare's result, like Tom's, was enough to mean that she is the Scottish Champion for 2009, whilst Jacqui finishes the year as V40 champion.
