Age: U11's and over. See below for race details.
Terrain:  Hill race with grassy and rocky underfoot conditions.

Kit: You may need to run with full body cover as required per Scottish Hill Running rules. We will make a decision on the day depending on weather conditions. Expect to run with kit (Waterproof jacket, trousers, hat/buff, gloves, map & compass).
Registration:  Registration will be held at the Greenock Glenpark Harriers club house, Orangefield, Greenock until 1:00pm. From 1pm onwards registration will be at the start location at Woodstock Road, Greenock, PA16 9HS.

Getting here: The easiest way is by train to 'Greenock West', a short walk to the GGH Clubhouse at Orangefield (other trains available). There are plenty of parking options for those driving. Please carshare where possible.
Scottish Athletics: please note that to be eligible for Scottish Athletics championship medals, you will need to be a paid member of Scottish Athletics. By providing your SA number below will confirm your eligibility. Junior runner will also gain points which will go towards the Scottish Junior Hill League.
Post race:  Medals will be awarded once all races have finished.
