Alistair Thornton looks to have the series wrapped up after winning Cairn Table and impressively has run every race. Kieran Cooper could actually draw level on points if he was first at Caerketton.

In the Female Seniors - Helen Gordon is in the lead with a strong showing at Cairn Table, could come down to the wire if Rosalind Heron races at Caerketton.

Ochil Hill Runners have definitely taken the team prize.
