Congratulations to Catriona MacDonald [Bellahouston Road Runners] and Ryan Van Rensburg [Fife AC] for their respective wins in The Falkland Yomp on a cold and crisp Sunday.

Catriona beat her own course record by 14s coming in well ahead of the pack with 50m58s.  The men’s race was much closer between Ryan and Ben Kinninmonth, with Ben having a good lead till the 2nd half when Ryan eventually overhauled and won comfortably in 46m16s.

We need to get more of the Fife AC young team into the hillier hill races, as they are looking strong.
