British Short Course Championships

Entries are open for Pen-y-Fan fell race the 2026 British Short Course Fell/Hill Running Championship.

Race details 5.8 km and 588m, category AS

The race is a classic short race and climbs the highest peak in the Brecon Beacons. There is a £500 prize pot for breaking the course records set in the 90’s. 30.00 Keith Anderson 1992 and 38.15 Trish Calder/C.Crofts 1990/92

There are British Championship prizes for open, masters (V40 upwards in 5 year age bands) and teams (where the short team positions are combined with the long positions)
